On Saturday, August 24, 2024, a special lecture and interaction program on “The World of Mathematics” – research, challenges, and careers was successfully held in the conference hall of the National Research Centre (NRC) in Manipur.Santa Laishram, Professor of Mathematics, Head of Theoretical Statistics and Mathmatics Unit, Indian Statistics Institute, New Delhi, was the program’s guest of honor; other Manipur intellectuals were also in attendance.MIYU and NRC Manipur co-organized the program.
